Here's another link that I found. I think find this facinating and if it works even more.

I was looking at when i could have gotten pg and it might just have been during a fullmoon!!!

Im kinda trying lunaception right now... im wearing an eye mask on cd 1-13 then the following 3 nights i dont use the mask and i have nightlight on in my bedroom then i use the mask from day 17 until AF. Its too early to tell if its working... Theres a possibiliity that i ovulated 4 days ago (cd 11) but im not beleiving it right now! i usually have extremely long cycles so its going to take a lot for me to belelive that i ovulated! Ill beleive it when i get my bfp or AF . lol. Im hoping it will end up working!

I was wondering the same thing and I think I am going to start on day 1 of next cycle since I am ovulating now but my cycles aren't regular just yet!

In the above article they say the room has to be totally dark not just covering the eyes...

I read that too.. but my whole body is in darkness... (I tend to crawl under the covers!) so im completely out of any light there might be. If this isnt enough than i will be more diligent next cycle and get some better curtains! LOL. No money right now though

hi there ladies.

narcissa.....you will have to let us know how it works for you. So from what i understand from one of those articles above is that you bd on the 3 days you have the light on? is that how you understand it?

eranah you will also have to let us know if when you try it, if it worked for you.

i will let you guys know when/if we try it. we are suppose to be on a break, since i just had a d&c 2 weeks ago. but i guess it would ok to try it now, just to see if it works.
i'm lucky because we live on a farm so the only light that comes in our bedroom is our yard light and the stars/moon....and i suppose i should count our alarm clocks. we should probably turn those around.

dh doesn't have any faith that it could work....i would love to prove him wrong...lol!!!!

Sara:
Im so sorry about your loss I hope you get another sticky BFP here really soon!
I started doing the lunaception thing on cd 1 of this cycle.. but the funny thing is that I ovulated BEFORE i even started using the nightlight! this is REALLY weird because my cycles are almost always at least 70+ days long! But i also started using NAC, Saw Palmetto and Gleditsia this cycle.. im sure that had soemthing to do with it So unfortunatley I wont be able to tell if the lunaception worked or not! lol. Hopefully ill get my BFP and I wont have to try it for at least another 9 months tehehe.
