Smile anyone tried omega 3?

Hey !I just started taking omeg 3 supplements 2 times a day .I have already started feeling a lot better .My hypoglycaemia is a lot better .I heard it helps with hair loss .is that true ?Anyone has had any good expereince with them ?

Have you tried Biotin - it's a vitamin?

i have't tried biotin .omega 3 is a food supplement but its not vitamin .

not sure if it's completly helped me in the hair dept but I have noticed my hair in the back area of my head takes slightly longer to dry, grows faster, and is stronger. You will also notice this in your nails aswell (they will grow and be stronger). I don't know if it helped with my hair loss up front but if it did, it's not noticeable to me. I have also found Omega 3 is great for depression as well as cardiovascular health aswell.

My main reason for taking Omega 3 was for my LDL cholesterol levels and taking 2000mg a day has brought my levels down significantly along with taking 1000mg of odorless garlic pills.

Can i take omega 3 evn though I am on met and i am about to start my 5th cycle of CLomid? how abut epo can that be taken with clomid and met?

TTC for too many years to count but on meds since June 2007.


1- 08/07 50mg Met,50mg Clomid CD 3-7-P4 3.2! No 'O'-BFN
2- 09/07 1000 Met, 100mg Clomid CD 2-6- P4 2.1! No O = BFN
3- 01/08 Met, 150mg Clomid CD 2-6- p4 ??? No O= BFN
4- 19/02 2000 met 150 CL(no AF straight onto cycle)
