Default Anyone tried Progon-B?

It's a natural progesterone supplement that you take two weeks before your cycle. I'm making an order for it tomorrow. If it works in keeping my cycles regular, what else do I need to do for preventative maintenance? I am not overweight at all, and am eating very healthy. Obviously I'm a new cyster here. But I do have bad acne, and low energy levels. I'm sure there's plenty of info already here, but it's a big place--any links to helpful threads?

Yes I have used progon b. I use it to get my periods. It works for me! You have to take it for 2 weeks or less than stop, and then take it cycle day 12-26 or 14-period.

Bumping this up.

This is a great natural alternative to Provera.

If you need to stimulate a cycle every once in a while, this works excellent if you take 3-4 pellets under your tounge twice a day until AF shows. Natural progesterone Cream never worked for me to bring on AF, but this did.

Progon B is Natural Progesterone in an under the tounge pellet. It usually only took 9-11 days or so of taking this and AF showed. I like to use it knowing it is a natural alternative.

This lasts a long time, especially if you only want to stimulate a period once in a while.

Haven't tried the pellets (can't stand weird tastes, so am very hesitant to)

However I am using the Natural Progesterone Cream, which I really like so far. I used it last cycle and had like no PMS, but thought it was just luck, so didn't use it this month. But after lots of PMS symptoms tried it late, and it seems to be helping (although I wish I'd used it from CD 14 like I did last month when I had almost no problems). Not sure about keeping cycles regular though, mine are generally pretty good.
