cream? I was told it's the same as progestorone cream.
but it says to apply on face and body.

I have tried wild yam cream I was told to rub it around your tummy and breast area. Can't say I saw any results, but then again everyone is different.

There is no harm in trying these things.

I also tried the wild yam cream (since NPC isn't sold in Canada - but you can order it from the USA). I used it for 4 months, rotating where I applied it: arms, buttocks, thighs, tummy. I didn't see any results.
Since then I have read that Wild Yam isn't the same as NPC. I don't want to pay the US prices and the duty on NPC, so I'm doing without.
