Anyone in the UK try Ryvita crispbread? I saw these in the store and they looked really yummy and low GI too (at least the pumpkin and oat ones)

Yes, I love these. Really nice with hummus on, or homemade sardine pate!

i used to love ryvita. (Cant eat them now, as im wheat free). They are lovely.

I love Ryvita! I do so much with them, they are essentially my "bread" now.
Cream cheese with sliced meat
Tuna
Cheese, tomato and basil leaves
Smoked Salmon....
Mmm.

If you liked these you would probably also enjoy "Mary's Gone Crackers". They are gluten/wheat free and come in a variety of flavours...usually in the organic section. Also great with hummus, salsa or even on their own!
