I've heard about using 3 day fasts to detox, but I've never done them. (or heard of them used for PCOS)
I did read a bit in the other post. I definetly agree that if you eat in the morning, then throughout the day you'll get more and more hungry. If I don't eat, I'll probably be ok. But once I do eat, I have to eat all day.
I've also heard of using saunas to detox. (since you're sweating out the toxins....same premise as exercise)
