Default Anyone use Apple Cider Vinegar?

I've seen the posts with all the info and the pros of using Apple Cider Vinegar, but I have been wondering if anyone actually uses it?

I started using it about a week ago, the natural stuff with the "mother" I have lost a couple pounds, acne is clearing up and my unwanted hair growth is slowing down. It could all be a fluke, but I am half way convinced!

I would love to hear others experiences with ACV!

I have been taking about 2 tablespoons mixed in with some water before breakfast and dinner. The main thing is it needs to be the un-distilled with the"mother" in it (cloudy pulp like stuff) I try to get it into my system about 20-30 mins before I eat. I also mix in a little splenda and sometimes lemon juice to help with the taste.

It is supposed to aid in a similar way as Metformin. So what it does in my unofficial terms is helps to lower glucose levels so that your hormones can actually function.
I have never been diagnosed as Insulin Resistant, but I am self medicated guru.

I haven't seen much info on slowed down hair growth, but I do believe that it can be a positive side effect of Metformin.

I hope I am some help...anyone else out there try it?

You know, I've tried on and off with Apple Cider Vinegar, maybe this time I'll try it and stick with it...

My friend, who drunk it because of acne, and another who drunk it because of allergies, had amazing results! It cleared their acne and allergies...honest! It was amazing.

They didn't have PCOS though and I do as well as acne and allergies (lucky me LOL).

I'm going to give it another go and see what happens. Please keep me posted with how it works for you all.

I was out for the weekend...and of course not drinking my ACV. Trying to get it back into my routine right now. Hopefully I didn't restart my process. But I am down another pound this morning. always a perk. I am finding it goes down better mixed in with some green tea, splenda and a splash of lemon. Almost a Yum!

Hmmm, I'll try it with green tea. I've just been drinking it mixed with a cup of hot water...but I'm sure the green tea will help it taste better and I usually have a cup of green tea or mint tea evey day anyhow. Thanks for the tip!

My Parents have use this remedy.. They have used ACV Braggs brand with Raw Honey.

Is better to have it alone because it will help burn fat, Dad had high blood pressure and he started doing Aloe Vera with Lemon every morning he was at 150/108 now he's at 118/78. He also told me I can do pills of VINEGAR, but I know my trainer told me the liquid was better. He's awesome and has helped me get through this he told me to start taking soy pills because it will help testosterone levels

I can finally lose more weight....10lbs down more to go

I've never heard of using apple cider vinegar for pcos. Can you find this undistilled kind with the "mother" in it at the grocery store? or did you find it at a specialty store? I'm curious to try this. :-)
