My doctor recommended to me to try black cohosh for hot flashes in conjunction with Premarin. She says that it works without the added estrogen [I had a hyst (uter + ovaries) when I was 36].

I was wondering how other PCOS women were getting along using it.

My Mom read somewhere to take it for hot flashes. I have some but haven't been taking it faithfully to see if it does work and it there are any sides effects.
