 Anyone use Vitex for acne??
Just wondering, my af is regular and has always been. Now my biggiest issue is cyclical acne , ususally one cyst a month- a week before. I read some studies show vitex helps with that even more than vitamin B6. I recently stopped bcp and started vitex and b6. I do take tetracycline but someday hope to stop. I was wondering what effect vitex has on the skin. Any good or bad results are welcome. |
