I was on Zovia for about 8 years. It worked GREAT until the very end. I wasn't moody (well, no more than before I started!), a lot less cramping, light cycle... I started spotting mid-cycle on in about 2 years ago and have been trying to find something as good ever since. I guess my body just got used to it.

I just started on Allese this month (I'll be done my first 21 days tomorrow). I haven't really noticed anything with mood or anything, though the past week I've had some spotting and break through bleeding. I'm just starting on it though, and you really need to give it a few months for your body to get used to it.
That being said I haven't had any other problems with it.

I took the Allese for nearly three years...I think my body just got used to it as pp mentioned or it started to hate it all together.
I do hope it works well for you though
