Anyone using natural estrogen (estradiol)??

Since my docs are so unhelpful, I'm looking for natural ways to increase my estradiol levels and balance out my estrogen/progesterone/androgen levels. I do NOT want to go back on the pill and am looking for alternatives, preferably non-Rx, but am curious about the Rx estrogen patches.

Is anyone use Bi-est or Tri-est? Or the estradiol patches? And how are they working for you?

Hey, I'm not but I've read a very interesting and inspiring couple of books by Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet.....check them out at the library or Google her....she's definitely the EXPERT on natural estrogen and has TONS OF TONS OF TONS of info.

I've been reading one of her books. That's what got me wondering what things other women are trying when they're not getting much help from their docs.

I actually use estrogen patches and progesterone ones too.

My choice was the pill which i refused or hrt patches. this is my first month trying them so i don't know how well they work yet.
My chart says i `o`ed on cd 17 but i think that the rise was just due to the progesterone. i am hoping these will get my body into some sort of routine which it has never had.

will let you know how they work.
