Question Anyone using prescription bioidentical HRT in rhythmic dosing?

Just curious if anyone is using or familiar with rhythmic dosing of prescription bioidentical hormone replacement therapy? The idea is to supplement with estrogen and progesterone in a rhythmic (not static) dose to mimic a young, healthy woman's cycle. I have started this program but ended up with too much estrogen on the basic dose. I've backed down and am starting again. I haven't been on it long enough (2 cycles) to really be able to evaluate any success or not but curious if anyone else has heard of this or has tried it for an extended time?
