Hello, my name is Rebekah Brewer and I am a BSc Health Science student in my final year and I have PCOS. I am doing my dissertation about PCO/S and the link between symptoms and diet/exercise. I am trying to recruit people who would be kind enough to spare a few minutes of their time and answer a questionnaire about your symptoms/diet/exercise that I have put together. All answers will remain STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and when I have finished the study I will post the results up on the board for those who are interested to look at.
