Smile Anyone on Weight Watchers?

Just wanted to see if any fellow Cysters were following Weight Watchers and how your success with it was?

I have done WW since March of 2007. I have lost 65 pounds since then. During that time I also had 2 knee surgeries and I had my gallbladder out. I do it online, and I have never been to a meeting. I don't have time for meetings. There aren't very many where I live. Exercise has also been a huge factor in my weight loss journey. I know there are a lot of cysters that do or have done WW. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

Thanks! I have also been on WW since 2007 and have done well but lately I feel like I am hitting a wall and just keep going up and down. After finding this board and researching I am realziing it is due to IR most likely. I have an appt this week at the GYN to hopefully get met to help with the WL and I will transition to a lower GI diet. WW has a program simply fill or something like that that I think will work.

I started weight watchers about two weeks ago and have lost eleven pounds so far. I go to the meetings and I treat working out like a second job for thirty minutes at least every other day. When I'm in the mood to do more, I do.

I am on my 4th try at WW, I am on my 8th week and I am down 12 pounds. I go to the weekly meetings, but I use the e-tools as well. I am trying to get back in a routine of exercising more, but it hasn't happened yet.

I wanted to update - being back on BC and metformin while doing WW has definitely moved things along. WL is going well.

Hi I started weight watchers and went for my first weigh in yesterday and I had lost 2 1/2 pounds, my boyfriend is doing it to and lost 6 1/2 pounds. Lucky him hey. Why do men have to have it easier when it comes to weight.

I was on Weight Watchers while I was in 8th grade. I loved it. Lost twenty pounds I think? I'm wanting to get back on it but I can't find a location close to me at college which makes it difficult.

Good luck!
