HI

Ive been wondering this for awhile. Does anyone else have thinner hair on one side of their head than another??

My hair on the left side is quite thick, but have some missing on the top of my head. Then the right side of my head hair is really thin,

anyone else??

OMG spoooky .. I was just scratching my right side and its MUCH more advanced in the hair loss situation ... I have more extensions on this side too and my temples are thinner on the right ...

I also note ... which is weird .. that my facial hair growth is worse on the right side also !!!!!

I also notice this on the top where mine is thin...I always have to part my hair on the left because the right side seems much thinner.

Is that the side you sleep on? I've noticed that the back of my head is a little thinner and my hairstylist said it was because that's how I sleep.

Or maybe that's the odd ovary. Because my left one is the troublesome one and my acne around AF is worse on that side of my face. Maybe since acne and hair thinning have the same cause, they could happen on the same side?

Me too! My hair is thinner on my right side, have always just thought was the 'way I was made' but now I am thinking maybe something to do with the PCOS?? The hair on my chin is also worse on the right hand side, wonder if it is connected!!?
Got me thinking now!

I'm so glad you posted this. I've not been on SC's for ages but the other day I was putting my hair up in a pony tail to go in for a bath and noticed that my hair was a lot thinner on my right side than on the left. Granted I do wear my hair parted to the other side but even when I changed the parting it was still thinner.

I'm surprised my head isn't lopsided!!!
