Ive failed to take into account that many here are very young either wanting or trying to get pregnant. (TTC) Others may wish to one day in the future. Im older, not married and have no desire for children so when I spouted my rant on Phytoestrogens it was without thought that so many here are younger than myself. Im premenapausal and suffer from some of the side effects of that state of being. However I do know the dangers of taking too much soy along side of PCOS. I use to take what my doctor told me as gospel but Im learning now to think for myself, know my body better and ask more questions. There is no magic pill to pop or diet to try like mad to stick with that is the ticket but there is hope out there. The chinese have had 4000yrs of experience with all sorts of treatment options and so forth. Im very much into a more holistic approach now for my own personal quest for optimal health. In combonation with a balanced diet and exercise there is truly hope once more for us all. So I wish to apologize to anyone I may have offended or angered.

Don't worry about it we all spout about stuff once in a while. Have you been to the thread for us older cyster? It is in this section, Hair in the wrong places and it is called something like Are there any older cysters out there? We talk about things that are unique to older cysters who are not TTC. Come on over and talk to other mature cysters.
