I remember seeing a thread around the boards for Apple Cider Vinegar a while back and after reading all the positive things on it, I was convinced to get some. So today (100 years later) I was at the health store and picked some up, but now I don't have a clue as to what I'm using it for. LOL Has anyone seen that thread somewhere in SC board? Thank you in advance!!

I started taking 2 T in a juice glass of water, suppose to help lower sugar, but I also read it helps with choleserol, and make your body alkaline to help your immune system.
