Default Apple Cider Vinegar?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has tried apple cider vinegar caplets to help regulate insulin? I have seen many ads which tout its ability to manage blood sugar levels and assist in natural weight loss/management but, of course, they just might be biased ...

Hi,

I'm not sure if i can help a whole lot, but I used to take apple cider vinegar caplets b/c my mom told me the same thing. I think I took one before every meal. Don't quote me on that though. I can't say if it actually did anything b/c I didn't give it a chance (queen of forgetfulness over here!) and I really don't know why I quit taking it (the forgetting thing again). But if I ever remember to pick them up when I'm out shopping I would probably try them again. But this time I would actually give them a chance. HTH but I doubt it

I have heard that a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in water helps with digestion.
Haven't tried it myself though.

My mom and I tried the apple cider vinegar diet... All it really did for me was give me heartburn! And I don't think it worked for my mom either... But, what works for one person, isn't going to work for another... I have read, however, that cinnamon is suppose to help lower sugar levels... I'd like to give that a try... Good luck

I use apple cider vinegar. I have always loved vinegar and simply changed to ac vinegar to try to be a bit healthier.

nobimbo posted some great information before on the vinegar factor for insulin resistance.

I shall try to find the post again and bump it up for you
