 Apple Cider Vinegar and acidity?
I have a real problem with chronic painful urination which I know gets worse when consuming things with lots of, say, citric acid. I'm interested in this whole apple cider vinegar thing, but I just realized that it might cause me some serious pain in this regard. Does anyone who has taken the vinegar have any problems with this? Should I go ahead anyway to see if it benefits me, or should I just avoid it altogether?
