Apple Cider Vinegar & Cholesterol

Okay on the 15th of April I had bloodwork done and it showed that my cholesterol was at 211, slightly high. It always has been even as a teenager (higher then) Well I started the vinegar right after the results came back. Well I had more bloodwork done less than a week ago and...My cholesterol is 184!!!!! The nurse is gonna mail me the results so I can really compare everything. I am soo excited about this!

Does Applre cider vinegar really help cholesterol- can i just put it in salad ??

Adry, I slice a third of a cucumber and put 3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the in the bowl. I eat them then drink the rest of the remaining vinegar. I do this first thing in the morning. Then before lunch I drink 2 tablespoons of vinegar and before dinner the same. If I have a snack or something I take 1 tablespoon before I eat it. I also have lost some weight. I don't know how much but my clothes are definately looser. I am not ready to weigh myself yet. I am gonna wait on that one! This is the only thing I have done different so I trust it is the vinegar.

and your stomach doesnt get upset from it in the morning ??

Well it took me about 2 days to get used to it but it doesn't even phase me now!

Really i think im gonna try it instead of balsamic maybe it will lower my CL, oh and how often do i need to take it >

Daily Adry, in fact two or three times a day...I drink it and eat it on salads everyday and I have for about 3 weeks now. I have yet to weight myself either...but I KNOW that I have felt better and it is the only thing that I have done differently.

I am finally acquiring the taste for it.

I bought some a few months ago, tried it a few times and blech! Several days ago I tried it again, I have been drinking 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day and I must be getting used to it, it is much more tolerable than it was before, hopefully one day I will look at it and think ooh yummy ACV time!

I use the Braggs brand ACV "Organic, Raw, Unfiltered, with the 'Mother'"
I have compared the Braggs to regular ACV and Braggs does taste better to me, I thought that even when it made me gag, Braggs caused me far less gagging.

I think so. I don't remember why though! It's mentioned in the other "New Apple Cider Vinegar" thread I think. It takes some getting used to & I even really like vinegar! Bragg's isn't that bad. I got mine for $3.50 at GNC and I take 2Tbsp 3 times a day.
