Default Appointment for clomid set!

I'm so excited! I've been on the met for 3 months and while it appears to be helping me I still haven't ovulated. I have an appointment for 1 Feb to get put on clomid and I'm ecstatic.

I'm hoping that this will do the trick. Our fertility problems have always been directly linked to my PCOS. IF I ovulate we don't have trouble getting pregnant. It's getting me to ovulate that is the problem. I really hope the clomid gets the job done!

I am there with you. I was finally diagnosed in 2006 with PCOS after having months of no periods, followed by long periods ever since I had my DD#2 in 2003. I also had trouble conceiving my DD#1...so I am wondering if I haven't had it all along.

We just started our first cycle with clomid. I am on day 12 today. I had bloodwork done on days 3 and 10, taking clomid days 5 - 9. My OB just called today and told me that my day 10 results showed that I am responding really well to clomid. (YAY!) So we should start BD every other day and then come back in on day 21 for a progesterone level check.

We have never had any other fertility problems, so I am hoping that this does the trick. I am right there with you!

Good luck! Maybe we can both post our BFPs in a few weeks!

That's awesome! Hopefully you continue to respond to the clomid. It would be nice if you just had to do this one round!

I'm a little confused about how I'll be taking the clomid. It sounds like each doctor has their own treatment with it. I have so many questions to ask the doctor at the appointment. I need to remember to write them all down before the appointment date gets here!

Good luck!

Good luck, Amanda! I conceived after three months of Met and one Clomid cycle, so hopefully this will do the trick for you!

Crossing my fingers for you!

My appointment was rescheduled for the 14th. The doctor was out sick on the 1st. Grrr!

Maybe it's good luck that it was rescheduled for Valentine's Day? lol
