Thank you so much to the people that responded to my story. I just got my first home computer and internet and that was the first time I had ever posted on a website. I wasn't even sure I was doing it right!!!! But thank you for the advice and encouragement.
My mother passed away two years ago so Im not able to girl talk with her like I used to, but it is nice to have so many women who understand about pcos. Im so glad I found this website. I know that it is going to help me intellectually and emotionally!!!!
PS To saille I acually do alot of weight training in combo with cardio. It helps reduce tension in my muscles. I also find it takes away the flappy tricepts when I wave and helps me win wrestling matches with my husband!!!!!!!!
