I don't have arm hair but I mean a lot of girls who don't have PCOS have arm hair. You can totally bleach it if it's dark. If not, there's always wax. I wouldn't reccommend shaving your arms because I honestly think it will come back even darker. Just have it waxed every week or two and it'll be good.

I dont have too much but it still really bothered me so I had it waxed. Here I am 2 weeks later still with red bumps all over my arms and $60 bucks down the drain....
If you have really dark hair and try bleach it may turn orange

Definitely. If you have dark hair adn you're planning on bleaching your arm hair, you will have to tone your hair first. Toning it will make the hair actually a blonde instead of an orange when you bleach it. It also helps teh color from bleeding.

I wax my arms about once every 6 weeks. If you've never waxed anything yourself, I'd recommend getting it done professionally a few times to see how they do it. After that go to the Beauty Supply company and buy a wax heater, pot of wax, muslin strips, pre-wax treatment and wax remover lotion. I've tried cold wax, and it just globs and doesn't pull off. Only hot wax seems to work for me.

I never noticed mine until I saw a photograph! I have really black hairy arms, don't know how I missed that! It is really easy to bleach though, have a go.

There is no problem if you use the stuff for facial hair bleaching.

Mine hasn't been too bad. Part of my hair is dark brown and some of it is blonde/red hair so it makes it look like there's less. You could wax it, I'd never shave it because I think the stubble would look weird and I don't want to have to maintain it.

I'd try bleaching it. If it does turn out orangish, you can go have it waxed or shave it, but I have dark body hair and it never turned orangish on me. The only thing is, it did turn really light - you have to be careful not to over-bleach it. A few minutes before the box suggests to wash it off, scrape off a little and look and see if it's the color you want.

definitely use toner, use a lot! The bleach I used to use (Sally Hansen) itches like CRAZY...but then, it's only 8 minutes of itching and a week or two without being self-conscious, so it's worth it...just be prepared for that

I put hydrogen peroxide on mine to bleach the hair, it is less noticable that way. I have always had dark hair on my arms and hate it. I used veet once and it grew back stubbly, the next day! I had to wear long sleeve shirts for 2 weeks until it grew in again.

I have mine waxed. Dont try and do it yourself because you cant pull the skin tight and rip it off at the same time. If the skins not tight and it isnt ripped off quickly you will get bumps and wont get all the hair. Its important to exfoliate everyday especially when the hair is starting the grow through again. I love the feel of my arms when they are all smooth. I wont shave them because Im scared I will get stubble and I honestly cant commit to shaving another part of my body on a daily basis.

I've always had a lot of dark long arm hair. It never bothered me until recently when it got much thicker. I couldn't stand looking at it anymore so I started shaving them. I shave everywhere else on my body, so might as well. I don't feel embarassed anymore when I'm wearing short sleeves, although it is a pain to keep up with the shaving everyday.

I shave it. I don't know if mine is from pcos or if its hereditary, my grandfather has very hairy arms.

I never used to shave it until my dh playing with me actually shaved a piece of it and so I just did the whole thing. Once I shaved it all I liked it and have been doing it ever since.
