NO idea how to helpn it quickly but longer term, you could always see your GP and get antibiotics for acne. I went a few weeks ago and got some.... so far I have seen no improvement but the GP said it does sometimes take a few weeks.

hi
awww all the best for your work placement. Good idea of Naomi to ask your gp about something. I had awful spots when i was about your age - have you tried anything from the health food shop? I used to buy an oatmeal face scrub which helps a bit. What i use now is Witch Hazel lotion. It's about £2 you can get it in the chemist. speak soon

Hi Jess, i can tell you hun i had severe acne when i was about your age and i know what your going through, for a quick fix for now the best thing to do is get a derma cover make up, from boots, you might have to ask about it, it will hide scars, spots, birthmarks, and in the long term i would recommend an antibiotic lotion that you can get from your doctor. i had the location and it was a life saver, it comes in a little bottle and you apply it to your face, it cleared my spots/acne up really well, i have now got scars due to picking at them, i know tmi, well i hope this little bit of advice has helped, things will get better. good luck jessx Macalla

Awww I feel for you, I still have Acne at 29 and I hate it, I am very tempted to see my GP to get something to clear it up especially as I am planning a special trip away in August and I want to look good!
