Concludes that a link is shown between PCOS hormonal levels and insulin resistance in the thin cyster.

-175/155/130 using The IR Diet/low glycemic index.
-IGTT confirmed insulin resistance, polycystic appearing ovaries at one time but they are gone now, hirsuitism, AN, androgenic alopecia and acne, AF regularly (25-26 days), very high testosterone -- dx "PCOS Type Thing"

Thanks for posting this! It is so interesting that they are actually doing research for thin cysters. Something is happening to my body when I eat any refined carbs and sugars. I wish a doctor would test me to see what my insulin does after a glucose intake. I am totally DRUGGED! Even neurologically impaired feeling.

Thanks for the interesting info., one to print out and shove in front of my doctor.
It's not as simple as they would like us to believe.

Candace, I'm find the same thing, especially with say sweet things, chocolate. Just can't eat it.
