Hmmm.... I've never really noticed vitamins helping my acne much. But maybe I don't take enough. Also, I'm not overweight, so once again, advice about low-calorie diets is lost on me

Thanks for posting that article. I need to get back to taking my vitamins everyday. I used to make sure to take them everyday, and for about a year now I stopped taking them and didn't think it was such a big deal. Reading that article is a good reminder for me to start taking them everyday again!

Default zinc is working on me

I had taken zinc in the past and I thought it was making me breakout. It was not zinc gluconate. Recently i started taking ZINC GLUCONATE , 30 mg only and i now have had two months without the cyclical cyst on my chin. There may be something to this but i also gave up wheat and maybe that was it or they are both doing it. Now i want to add vitamin A because of what the article says. But how much would I take? Anyone know?
