I'm guilty of regular weigh-ins, though I don't obsess over the number as I figured it was a lot of water flucturation... I almost never lose pounds, though, even when I get in shape. It's interesting to hear about muscle storing water. Thanks for the good info Kat!!

This article is a great reminder! I often obssess about the numbers on the scale. I need to focus more on how I feel and how my clothes are fitting rather than the numbers on the scale. You would think with all this technology there would be a better way to gauge our progress!

I'm a daily weigher, too - shame on me! I'll try very hard to start weighing myself only once a week and never the day after a strenuous workout!

I use to be like this but then I changed it to once a month .. I like noticing the difference after wearing something that use to fit snug and is lose now... When I first started to change and workout I had to get my boyfriend to hide the scale LOL... but all for the good now..LOL
I am guilty of weighing daily. I enjoyed the article. However, I still feel the daily weigh-ins keep me on track and accountable. I do not put a lot of stock in them, but when I don't weigh in I tend to lose focus on losing/maintaining weight. Currently, trying to get back on track of losing after a m/c.
