Yesterday i went and brought a few bits at asdas , some chicken , crisps , cuboard stuff , butter and bread.. it came to 13.86 the man said 13 86 i paid on my mum card (With permission ect)
Anyway.. tonight mum was looking at her online bank account and said
'jess , how much did u say you spent at asdas yesterday?' and i was like £13.86 and she showed me what her online thing said £18.00, and she was like its okay if u spent that much i dont mind! and i was like but i didnt , i kept it within budget (its an expensive month with the new pup and jabs ect so i was only doing a mini shop and said i wouldnt go over £15) so i rummage around for the reciept to prove it , and sure enough they took 18 out of her account when the recipet said and i knew it was only £13.86 and i know thats not alot they have only ripped us off a fiver but that fiver will pay for 2kg of dog food , cat litter , bits from the shop , help towards vet bills , new collor for the dog.. ect.. ect..
How do i go about proving they have ripped us off , should i just print of mums bank statment and bring that down along with the reciept and complain!!?! im not sure? Jess x
I'd go down there with her statement and the receipt and ask them to explain themselves. I got home one day to find they had charged me twice at the supermarket so I went back and they refunded me immediately.

I would be straight down there Jess !! how on earth can they take £5 more than they should ?? imagine how many people they could do that too who dont even notice !!
With Tescos if they over charge you or take for one item twice they will pay back double !
Yeah i am going down there this afternoon or tomorrow ..depends how the puppy is after his jabs!
If mum didnt check her statment we wouldnt have enough in the bank to pay for his jabs as she had a set amount -this much for shopping - this much for jabs!
So luckily enough she checked so dad could put more in! direct debits come out at certain points and as we all know , if the money aint in the even one p less then u need boom a bounce charge which is £30 charge!!!
gosh its a good job you kept the receipt! I hope your mum gets her money bk! What I thinks weird is that it was £18, I mean I could understand them charging you twice, but how do they get from £13 to £18?? confusing lol xx
