Northside Hospital frequently offers a six-week program/seminar series for Atlantans interested in learning more about polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Thanks for posting it. My doctor mentioned the seminars to me as well as some cyster I met on MARTA (she saw me reading the PCOS "bible") but I kept forgetting to check into them.

DH said he can survive without me for a few hours so I'll probably go. I'm going to try to make all of them, but the ones I'm most likely to show up at would be the Hormonal Perspective, Psychological Perspective and the Diet and Exercise.

I was just wondering if any of you went to the Seminars and if you did is there anything they said that could enlighten us? Anything about diet?

Christy, I am not sure when the next PCOS seminar will be.. Check the Northside calendar website:
