Question Atlantic Canada Members
Hi Everyone,

I'm still getting used to this board, but I thought I'd start a thread to see if there are any members from Atlantic Canada - New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

Hello Kerry, welcome!

I'm glad you found this site, it's great for information that we can use to arm ourselves. However I think we may be the only active participating Atlantic Canada members, which is a shame because we definitely have much less resources and a much smaller supportive network available to us. But hopefully with time we'll have more information of PCOS friendly drs and clinics etc.

Hi ladies.

I'm in PEI. I've encountered a PCOS friendly doctor in Charlottetown. Dr Ferguson. He's quite prepared to refer to an RE, and is well-educated on diagnosis and treatment of it. I had read quite a lot on it, and he knew a whole lot more than me. It was... refreshing after having so many doctors simply give me pregnancy tests and try to put me on BCPs.

Yes actually there are two that I am aware of. My OBGYN in Grand falls and RE in St.Johns.
