I am lucky to live in this little hick town called Rockhampton, which has a fertility clinic that cites the best success rates in Australia. Their name is CQ Fertility and they service a big region around Rockhampton. They use contemporary methods and are very keen on only using IVF as a last resort. I think a really good thing is that they are a one-stop shop. Being co-located beside a private hospital, you can have your retrieval done just next door, then have other processes done at the clinic. There is also a resident gynaecologist/RE; technicians for all the lab stuff, lovely support staff. If you want more details, feel free to PM me anytime. Megan the OzFarmer |

| Loving life! Join Date: Mar 2003 Location: Oz ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My own personal experience with IVF was excellent. I went through Queensland Fertility Group on Wickham Tce in Brisbane. My doc was David Lingard, one of the directors. They are really, really good with fabulous pregnancy rates with lovely staff. They have onstaff councillors (which are free), support magazines for infertility... I used them both and they really helped me through it well. For such a difficult, trying time in your life it was really nice to be dealing with people who care what you are going through. I don't have any doubts in recommending them 100%
