Avacado and Green Chilli Soup 2 ripe avacadoes
3c milk/soy milk
4oz green chillies, seeds removed, few added for flavour
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2tb lemon juice
2tbs dry sherry Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits
scoop out the avocado pulp and puree in a blender
add the remaining ingredients to the blender and puree until evenly smooth
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and serve
