has anyone experienced increase thirst while on this med??

and, one of the SE's is cold like symptoms, which I have had since starting this medication, Ive been coughing for days, and I feel like ther is a crap load of dust on the back of my throat ( I think this is where the thirst comes in) my question is, does this go away as my body gets used to Avandia, or will I have cold like symptoms the entire time??? I also have had a headache since starting this med, which I now know is also I side effect.

shame Crystal, I'm sorry to hear that you are having side effects on Avandia. I've noticed beinga bit thirstier on Avandia but never anything else. I'm on 4mg avandia and 2000mg glucophage. I've been on the avandia for around 6months now and can't say that I really ever have any side effects.
