Keep up the good work at the gym.

When I was put on Avandia by my old PCP I gained about 32 lbs in 2 months. So my Endo started me on Metformin. She said she didnt' recommend Avandia for woman with PCOS becuase of the reports of high after-market weight gain and water retention that they did not discover in the initial studies of the drug. I had been walking and also on Weight Watchers and lost 50lbs and when I started Avandia and I was sooooo upset becuase it had reversed everything that i just accomplished for myself.
But you know I think in your case it sounds like your not eating enough for the amount of excercise that you are doing. I know it sounds strange but the personal trainer

that I have now always-always stresses the I make sure I eat the 1500-1800 calories that he has set up for my food plan. I also use WW and lean cuisine. He says that if I dont' eat enough that my body holds on to all the food I eat for energy that it needs. My body thinks I'm starving and that it eventually start burning muscles to get the energy that it needs instead of burning fat that I want to lose.
I hope I'm making sense....try to eat the high end of 1500 calories up to 1800 and see if that helps. I know it sounds like alot to eat. I said the same thing because it's been drilled into my head to eat 1200 calories a day but it's not enough to sustain us with all the extra movemnet and excercise that we're asking our bodies to do.
I'm so happy that your husband is working out with you but just remember men burn calories differently then women so he will always lose weight more then you. YOu might have hit a plateau also. Try not to walk/jog but use the bicycle or eliptical machine instead see if that pushes you out of that rut or alternate the machines on your cardio days or do half & half. My trainer started me off slow and at a minumum and it frustrated me but he said if he started me at the max then I have nothing to do to get me over that plateau because I've already maxed myself out. He said everyone hits a plateau after 3-4 weeks.
It sucks to be a woman sometimes dont' you think.

Don't give up though! Ask around for help or set up an appt with a trainer for like two sessions or even one and just ask all the questions you can ask.
Sorry if I talked alot.
