Kat,

Is there a problem with the avatar upload feature? I keep trying to upload my new pic through Photobucket (avatar size) and my computer (less than 100x100) and it always gives me a "not able to upload" message. Please help!

Maybe you're uploading an avatar that is 100x100, but the file size is too large, or the wrong type.

If that's not the case, you'll need to be VERY specific about the actual steps you're taking, and the file TYPE, SIZE, and DIMENSION you're trying to upload.

Without that information, there's no way to diagnose and resolve your issue.

The pic is 14K and 60x71 in JPEG format. I have also tried from Photobucket in their avatar size (84x100). Any ideas?

Me too. My avatar is a .jpg, 100x85 pixels, 8kb. I tried to upload it from my computer, but no luck. I got the same "unable to upload" error.

Please start a new thread, since sig issues are different from avatars, and be very specific about the steps you're taking, as well as, the error messages.
