Default Awesome book on hormone vulnerability and PCOS

http://www.amazon.com/Hormonally-Vul.../dp/0060825537

I highly recommend this book! Dr. Redmond runs the Hormone Center of New York and has treated tens of thousands of women with hormonal problems over the years. I've read lots of books and information on PCOS and hormone imbalances in general and have never come across such a well-written, easy-to-understand synopsis of what we, as women, have to go through.

He explains how, even with normal test results, women exhibit the symptoms of hormone imbalance and can benefit from treatment. This was huge for me; so many doctors have brushed off my concerns because of "normal" blood test values. I came away from this book with a much greater understanding of how my hormones work, how they can become imbalanced, and how to get thetm back under control.

Now I only wish Dr. Redmond wasn't 3,000 miles away from me!
