I see an amazing OB/GYN at Scott & White in B/CS, Texas. Her name is Dr. Margaret Appleton. She's also a professor at TAMU so she's constantly reading and researching and writing wonderfully insightful articles on infertility. Her PCOS knowledge is incredible. Even her med students are thoroughly versed in PCOS!

Also, she's aggressive in her treatment plans and enthusiastic and caring in her bedside manner. She's also size friendly, if evidenced by the number of plus size mommies-to-be in her waiting room.

Hi Maria,

I just moved from Pakistan to College Station and was thinking, oh boy, how am I ever going to find a doctor in this small town where everyone is busy going to school - who'd want to have a baby here... but am so thrilled to read your post. Where do you live in College Station? I live in the Balcones Drive and I've seen Scott and White Clinic... just need to get some paperwork sorted out and I'll try to visit this particular doctor.

I'm in college station also. I was seeing Dr Ghattas for fertility related issues. He does not deliver babies anymore, but I now see Dr. David Meduna and he is great. If we have another child and choose hospital birth we will use Dr. Meduna.
