I have been trying something new for a month now, and I think it may be worth mentioning. I came across taking vitamin B5 in large amounts for acne problems. Here is a website with instructions:

I am NOT taking 10 grams a day...that's ridiculous! I have been taking 2 grams a day (four 500mg pills), and I definitely notice a difference. Even my DH commented on it the other day. The only bumps I'm getting now are hair related on my chin or jaw line, and there aren't that many. In fact, I just got my AF two days ago which always brings an influx of extra zits, but I got maybe two.
Anyway, I would be interested in seeing if anyone is trying this, or has tried it, or will try it!
