I like the first one - Ethan Gerard Patterson Real because it just seems to flow better.

Tan his first name is Robby - not really a middle name either. Patrick is the name of my High School BF .......... DH would have a cow.....lol

Thank you all for the help!! I have decided and it will be
Ethan Patterson Real. That way both of my kids have equally balanced names.

Nathaniel James Real and Ethan Patterson Real.

They each get one long name and one short name. The decision was very hard but when I told my husband he was so happy.. so that made it better.
