I wasn't going to post this, because I don't think or feel I am worthy of asking here. Would someone please pray that I am relieved of SEVERE back pain. I had an invasive laparoscopy, everything is ok, I'm trying to figure out why in the heck my back is in so much pain. I have tried every pain reliever and it only works for about 2 hours. I thought it may be my posture. Sorry if this is corny, there are so much more serious prayers that we all need it looks like, I understand, I just wanted to throw this out there, because it truly is interfering with my life and my emotions, and I'm scared, because it isn't going away. My head starts going hypochondriac on me telling me I have MS or something serious (which can't be), when it's just back pain, but it is excruciating, I'm very scared. Sorry if this is minor, I just cannot stand being in so much pain all the time. I don't know if it's medication or part of my PCOS problem. It just hurts so much, I don't understand.
I've decided to walk to my friends house in Brooklyn, NY from my house in Athens, GA. The trip is 845.3 miles! I began my journey on Sept. 5th! So far I'm 25.64 miles away from home, and I have 819.66 miles left to NY!

No pain is minor when it's yours! I have back pain too, I see a family doc who is also an osteopath so he does manipulations that really help. I have also found that OTC pain relievers don't help so he does give me a medication called Flexeril (it's a relaxant, it makes me very sleepy but helps my back a lot!)
Yes, we will pray. Every request is important to God!

Thanks ladies. I have seen a doctor, and have gone to a chiropractor, not sure which is better, a massage or chiropractors. Massages always feel better to me personally. Jenny, I was getting manipulations for a while, they only sort of helped, maybe I wasn't religious with them enough. I should just start up again. Thank you for your kindness, I really appreciate it. It's probably good old stress, when I did some stretching this morning, it felt good, as I stretched that area out. I guess I'm a difficult 'case' lol I tried Flexeril and it made me a bit sad and real "fuzzy headed", but it did help yesterday, had some from way back, only 4 left now. I'm glad it helps for you. The only thing I haven't had is an xray, not sure if that will show much anyway, just the bones. Does anyone think an xray would show if maybe my bones or spine is out of whack? I don't really like taking meds for anything, but we gotta do what we gotta do.
