Has anyone experienced a m/c where they only had lower back pain? (no cramping in the front or bleeding)

When I had my m/c I had horrible cramping (the Dr called it contractions) and pretty heavy bleeding. Everyone is different though. Sorry I couldn't really answer your question, I hope everything turns out ok for you.
