Default Back pain remains after gallbladder removed

I had my gallbladder removed in '01 due to sludge and small stones. But I am experiencing almost the same "pains" again. The pains are in the upper back especially behind my right shoulder bone. It is so uncomfortable, not bent over can't stand it pain, but like I want someone to take a knife and dig out the aching spot.
Has anyone else had this with gallbladder related problems? I almost wondering if it is related to my large breasts as well. Ugghh, I need a masseuse.
