I've been getting so down.......my acne has really flarred up....
I had a week off at Easter and it settled down and I was really pleased with my skin and was even wearing my hair up and not worrying about it.
Now a few weeks after being back at work it's flarred up again. I know that it's linked to my period as well, but I can't help getting depressed about it.
I keep getting really big cysts and take weeks to clear up and are really painful. I've had my hair down all week and just feel totally paranoid.
Will it ever clear up? I can't cope with the thought of living like this for ever. My confidence has been knocked so much
I just needed to vent as I feel so down about it...
