Default Bad Day!

Hiya cysters had to come here to just get it all out today.

i am having a really bad day cannot stop crying, i have not had my cycle in 3 months. have done all the tests so defo not pregnant
My hormones feel all over the place and i feel so down, feel alone The hair on my neck is really getting to me today, and with dieting and not loosing much its getting to me.
I feel awful and lethargic and i just wanna sleep all the time.
My boss today had a right go at me as i was just like 'out of it' i just cannot seem to find myself and my confidence , so i said i was coming home and they were like 'well you need to get sorted'.

I feel as if they think i am putting this on and that i should no whinge about having this condition, but then again they have no idea what this condition entails.

feel like the whole world is against me.

I am having such a rough time and wiuth christmas approaching i just cannot seem to find the festive mood.

I knew this was the one place in the whole world where people would know what i was on about.

thanks Cysters

Love
A very Stressed and Depressed
Suzanne

Have you been checked for anemia?

Also, if you haven't had AF in 3 months and you're not pregnant for sure, then it's probably time to start Provera or prometrium.

What kind of diet are you on? I didn't start losing weight until I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar shots before meals.

Hang in there! Sounds like you need a vacation and some "me" time. Take it!

(((hugs))) Hang in there sweetie it will get better. Maybe you should call your doctor and see if you can start either the provera or the Prometrim to get your AF started. After AF comes you should feel a little bit better cause I know I always do. This week I am feeling bloated cause I know Af is coming so I feel kinda blah too but It will pass.

Big, huge (((((((hugs)))))))))

I agree with Amy. Get that AF induced and you will feel MUCH better!!

You described very much how I felt on Seasonale and was taking it so I would only have AF every three months. It was constant hell. It was like having severe PMS all the time, and physical pre-AF symptoms as well, but no AF

When I'd finally have that period I'd feel SO MUCH better! I'd go down two pants sizes, for example! That's why I think having yours induced might help. Plus there are risks to not having a period more than every three months, and I'm sure your GYN has given you that lecture.

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you hon, but seriously think about giving your doctor a ring!
Dana

Hey Suzanne, I hope it has helped to be able to express yourself. I'm sorry you're having a hard time right now. I know what that's like. (((hugs)))
