Bad Dreams!!

Ok, this is weird. I wanted to know if any of you have had dreams about your mate cheating on you?

Stupid I know because he's not that type, so why am I having dreams like this? Anyone read dreams?? Here's my dream.

We were at home and he said he was going to his friends house. Hours later he hadn't shown up. The next thing I know I'm in a huge house looking for him. I found him with this girl who wouldn't let go of him and she kept kissing on him so I pulled her off of him she in turns jumps back into his arms and I kick the crap out of her. Here's the weird part. I asked him if everytime he says he's going to his friends if he's going to the house and everytime he says he's going to play ball if he's going to the house. He said yes, but never said he's sorry. Then I tried to hit him and I couldn't do it. It was like there was a wall in front of him. I tried and tried and tried.

And then I woke up pissed off.

I don't know where the dreams are coming from. I have really weird dreams. DH and I have never had any problems in our relationship. In fact, we're complete opposites but we get along because we talk about EVERYTHING!!

What is this????

Have you ever had someone cheat on you? Could it be that deep down you are scared that he will cheat?

I have dreams like this too. I hate them, but I have learned to not read into them too much. Most of the time it is when I have taken some kind of medicine, or right before AF. I am sorry that you had the dream. Have you told him about it? What did he say? I hope you feel better soon!

I have had someone cheat on me. My ex-husband. He did alot of things to me I want to forget.

I haven't told DH about the dream yet, he left at 5 this morning for work. I'm gonna tell him about it when he gets home.

Another thing, about a month ago he had a dream about cheating on me with a girl. It's so weird because in my dream the girl was Russian and in his dream the girl was Polish. Actually she is living with my brother for the summer. The funny thing is, is that my hubby doesn't like her.

I'm going to try not to read into it too much. But in the past I have had dreams and they have happened. I'll just hope this isn't one of them.

I have dreams like this too and I do wake up really pissed off!! LOL but I don't read into it to much as your sub conscious works overtime when you are sleeping and a lot of your fears can come out through your dreams.

Ive been having odd dreams lately also. I had a really wild crazy dream every night for about 2 weeks. And every one of them involved someone from my past. It was horrible. It brought to mind alot of mistakes ive made in my past. About 2 months ago i did have a dream about my husband being with another woman. When i found out that i had PCOS a friend suggested that my husband go ahead and have a sperm count done, just to make sure he was ok. Well he said he would do it. I called and got him an appointment and he went for the test. He works 3rd shift and the hospital where he had to take the sample too is just a few minutes from his job. So when he got off work he was going to go to the hospital & go in the bathroom & to put his sample in the cup and then go down the hall to the lab so it could be tested. Well i had the night before he was going to do all that , that he was on his way in the bathroom to do the sample and a really pretty nurse stopped him & ask if he needed any help & my husband said yes & she went into the bathroom with him. Then i woke up really ticked off. He called on his way from work to the hospital and i didnt say 2 words to him maybe. I was soooooo mad. Later that day i told him about the dream and he told me that i knew he woudnt do anything like that. And i honestly know he woudnt. But the dream had me very upset. So i know exactly how you feel. Its a horrible feeling. I hope talking to your husband about it helps you to feel better. I know talking to my husband made me feel alot better. Good luck.

Well, hubby just got home from work and I told him about my dream. And I said remember when you had a dream about the polish girl and he said yeah I said well I had a dream about you being with a russian girl. Then I said is there something you need to tell me?

He said he didn't know why I was having the dreams and I said me either. I know he wouldn't do that to me, not after everything we've been through.

So in the end we got a good laugh out of it. It's just a weird feeling waking up mad at something that hasn't even happened.

Maybe the dream is really about your fear of loss--losing him in some way. To another woman is just one option. And maybe your anger is your defense against the pain of this loss.

It sounds to me like your subconscious is acting out latent fears and insecurities. It's perfectly normal and doesn't mean anything, other than you're human.

I have the opposite dream--that I cheat of DF and totally don't care while I'm doing it. That's completely unlike me--I've never cheated on anyone in my life and consider it the worst possible insult to a loved one. I always wake up feeling horrified and ashamed. (Maybe it's my latent fear that I'm not really the good, virtuous person I think I am?)

I've had that dream too where I've cheated on him. Maybe I have an over active subconscious. My ideas in my sleep just grow wings and fly!!

Ratito I think it has to do with the situation "we" are in. I have been having thoughts about it too, I was even asked last week from my counselor what are the 2 major things about Genaro leaving for mexico and I said either he will get lonely and cheat on me out of frustration or come back because the process is taking so long. I am so scared of that I really am but I am hoping that our love is stronger than that...I will pray anyway!

ratito....do you take medication before you go to sleep........medication can have a huge effect on dream sleep.

I know when i've taken my meds right before i go to bed oh lordy do i have some strange dreams....

about 4 days ago i drempt that there were strange people in my house. That my daughter was possesed. And someone was trying to kill me and had already kill someone in my house.

very strange dreams. But i know i'd taken my meds to close to bed.

I have very vivid dreams. If DH does something in my dreams I have to remind myself it didn't really happen! lol I wouldn't worry about it. One time I dreamt that I left my hubby for Brad Pitt...and we ALL know that won't happen! lol But yes I always have wacky dreams. I could write some cool stuff telling you about them!

Chula: I know what you mean...I have those same fears too!!! But what can you do but trust him? And I've come to the conclusion that if it does happen he better tell me and if he doesn't karma will kick his @$$. Well, karma will get to him after his mom!!

lovelyinkedlady: I don't take medication, but sometimes I eat later than normal so maybe that has to do something with it. I had a dream a couple of weeks ago about this guy who was mangled and had died and I was at the funeral home and he kept moving around and the funeral director kept putting him back in place and then the funeral director walked outside with the secretary and were talking and the guy who's name was Justin, opened his eyes, got up out of the coffin and started walking toward the door. I ran in the other room saw him walking by and then I woke up. So then I sat there and thought of who I know named Justin and why he was after me. It's weird you know. The weirder thing is, is that I grew up in the local funeral home here, my grandmother, great aunt, mom and dad all worked there. And in the dream it was that funeral home, but the people that worked there weren't people I know.

I had a dream today that me and friends were going all over hell and back putting up yard sale signs trying to sale everything we had. I don't know where that came from. I guess I need to clean up my surroundings.

Suzi33: I had a dream once that I was messing around with Eminem, totally not my type of guy! But it was wild!! I woke up and told my husband, who's Mexican, about it and he's like "ah huh you would mess around with a whiteboy wouldn't you?" I was like you know it!!! HA!
