I woke up around 3 am with horrid lower left back pain, pretty much around my ovary area. I am wondering if I had a cyst rupture. Heat seems to help it and so does sitting up, but put any preasure on it and it is killing me. Does anyone have any ideas on this:?

When I have a cyst burst it's a sharp pulling burning pain, often it does go to my back too. I'm glad the heat is helping. I take Darvocet too and that helps. Usually by the next day it's still sore but much improved.

My FP called me back and said that he thinks I hurt my back lifting, well don't you think that I would know if I did that or not duhhhhh. I have since made an appointment to see an OB/GYN I didn't have one since we aren't planning on more, but I am tired of this BS. I am also looking for an endo too.
