Default BAD WEBSITE

I ordered a Belly Belt thinking that as I lose weight/gain weight I could use it to help my tummy to not hurt. I ordered it and guess what?? The company charged me twice the amount and it has still not come. Ho-hum....I guess that's what I get for internet orders. Beware!!! Make sure you check on your credit statements and have contact info BEFORE you order stuff online!
The company is called Condella.

Just an FYI for us soulcysters who don't need further trauma in our lives!!

I hope you get your money back and get your belt. But I dont think it is fair of you to say that purchasing over the internet is bad. I work for a store that also has an internet shop and we do our best to make sure that our customers have a pleasent shopping experience. Not all online businesses are bad--but there are people out there who do try and take advantage of people.

I am sorry you have had a bad experience! Luckily I have placed a lot of orders online and haven't had any problems yet. Thanks for the warning.
But I just wanted to ask was, did you check with you credit card company for help. I was under the impression that a lot of companies will reimburse you for problems like this, and then they will go after the fraudulent company. Just thought I would put my little 2 cents in!

The product is called the Baby Belt and Condella is the brand. They even charged me TWICE!! I am in touch with my CC company though---
