I have. Core apples. stuff with whatever you like --eg dates, saltanas, walnuts,brown sugar, anything that takes your fancy. Im guessing here, because I just whack them in the oven and check from time to time, but 200c (what that is in the states I dont know) for 40 mins sounds about right. They are delicious and so low in calories (depending on what you stuff themn with)
