Okay, okay...I realize that baked brie should not be a part of our everyday diets, but for Christmas Eve, I host my small family at a late evening get-together. I make appetizer-type foods, since it's about 9:00 - 10:00 pm by the time we eat.
This year, I was thinking of individual baked bries, served on a plate with crackers, veggies, etc. I thought that at some point, I had seen a recipe for individual baked bries somewhere, but when I look online, all I find are recipes for the full-size. Does anyone have a recipe for mini baked brie, or any ideas on how I could make this?
TIA!

Buy frozen pastry sheet, thaw
spread raspberry jam and sprinkle sliced almond on top of brie wheel, wrap in pastery.
Bake at 350ish for 15-20 min. This would work well for individual bries if you just cut up the pastry sheet (but make sure it is big enough to completely cover the brie)
Another good one that we like,
Put brie in oven safe dish (one with sides - like a deep dish) and bake until all melty. In saucepan, stir together brown sugar, real maple syrup, and brandy (I just eyeball it, a couple of TBLS each). bring to a boil. Add chopped walmuts. Pour over baked brie.

Here's a really simple one. In small microwave safe containers melt the brie.. then just put some preserves on top. It's sweet and delicious! Our family also likes just plain brie melted with apples to dip into it. ;o)
