Anyone know any banana recipes or anything with a lot of potassium? My mom has a low potassium and same with me so we need something that’s full of it and all I can think of is bananas but I want to mix it up so its not the same thing every day.

Some ideas: banana bread, banana smoothies, banana mush (banans mixed with peanut butter and spread on toast), banana salad (1 banana cut up with pineapple and topped with cottage cheese), homemade banana ice cream.
roast banana are nice wrap banana in tin foil, split the skin of a banana, stuff with either raisins, or else a little bit of choc. Wrap in the foil, and bake in the oven . Delic.
or
chopped banana with custard poured over them

I second the smoothies idea - start with the basics of yogurt and a frozen banana, and from then you can add all kinds of different things and change it up! From chocolate peanut buttter (honey, peanuts and cocoa) to tropical (mango and pineapple) to the basic but good strawberries and banana.
The banana flavor won't be that strong but will help give the smoothies extra sweetness and texture.
Don't forget the basics - chopped banana on cereal, ice cream, or even on a peanut butter sandwich! Or chop it up into small pieces for banana pancakes. Use them to top off french toast or waffles - yum!

Dang, Eva. That banana/chocolate recipe is making me hungry.
I used to slice a banana, sprinkle it with brown sugar, and bake it. You could also heat a little butter in a skillet and toss in some banana slices and brown sugar. Cook until it caramelizes.
One of my faves on a hot day is to put one or two bananas, a couple of scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt, and some skim milk in a blender and mix. Super yummy and healthy version of a banana milkshake. You can switch it up with adding different stuff to it as well. One of my other fave things to do with it is to add a little chocolate sauce or peanut butter. I usually blend up the bananas a little by themselves first so it doesn't get too soupy or have to add ice.

Place banana in blender with 1 C milk, ice cubes, and a drizzle of honey
Cut a banana in half length-wise. Spread one half with peanut butter, sprinkle on wheat germ (or honey) and place other half on top for a banana sandwich without bread!
